User Agreement

By accessing and using CalmLyra's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Our platform provides swimwear and beachwear products for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in ways that may harm our platform's functionality. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Limitation of Liability

CalmLyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Product use or inability to use our products
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on our platform
  • Any other matter relating to our services

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on CalmLyra, including designs, text, graphics, logos and product images, is our exclusive property or licensed to us. The Brazilian-style swimwear designs, mesh and lace collections are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Swimwear hygiene liners must remain intact. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service for a return authorization
  2. Ship items back in original packaging
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items and plus-size custom orders may have different return conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any arbitration will occur in California and will be conducted confidentially. Each party will bear their own arbitration costs. Class action lawsuits are waived under these terms.

For international customers, disputes may be subject to the laws of your country of residence while maintaining the arbitration requirement.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CalmLyra regarding our services. We may modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
