Returns & Refunds

At CalmLyra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beachwear purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your CalmLyra account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the return instructions
  5. Package your return with the original packaging
  6. Ship using the provided return label

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. Please note that exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Special Considerations

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear without intact hygienic liners
  • Pierced jewelry
  • Personalized items
